// CONTACT - LOW RISK, HIGH SIGNAL

Thirty minutes with an operator. Zero pitch.

You talk to Boris, an operator - not a sales team, because there isn’t one. Zero pitch: if we’re not the right fit, you’ll hear that in the first thirty minutes, along with what we’d do in your place anyway.

What happens when you book

  1. T+0 MIN

    You ask for a slot. Any channel, three form fields max - you’ll get proposed times within a business day. Bring one problem you actually care about.

  2. T+30 MIN

    You leave with a view. An honest read of your situation and the first lever we’d pull - even if the answer is “you don’t need us yet”.

  3. T+1 DAY

    You get it in writing. A short note with what we discussed and what we’d propose. What you do with it is up to you.

HOW BOOKING WORKS

No booking widget - write on any channel below, or use the form, and you’ll get two or three proposed times within one business day. Calls run 30 minutes, Europe/Sarajevo time.

And on cost: engagements are scoped after this first call - you’ll have a concrete number before any commitment.

// OR OPEN A CHANNEL - REPLY < 1 BUSINESS DAY

// yes, we answer on the channels we sell. that’s rather the point.

Or write it down

// three fields, on purpose. company name can wait until we talk.

// BEFORE YOU BOOK

Questions we get before the call.

Is the first call really free?

Yes. Thirty minutes, no fee, no obligation. Any engagement is agreed afterwards, and you have a concrete figure before you commit to anything.

How do I book, and how soon can we talk?

Write on Viber, WhatsApp, email or through the form. Within one business day you get two or three proposed times. Calls run on Europe/Sarajevo time.

What if D Spot is not the right fit?

You will hear it in the first call, together with what we would do in your place. You get a written note about it the next day.

Where are you based, and do you work remotely?

Banja Luka, Vida Simurdžića 58. Consulting engagements run remotely as well, in English, Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian. Local IT support is on site in Banja Luka.

// THE HUMAN LAYER

The person you’ll actually talk to.

Boris Despot Vuletic, founder of D Spot

Boris Despot Vuletic founded D Spot on one observation: most great strategies die in the conference room. The deck gets approved, the consultant leaves, and nothing moves.

So D Spot works differently. Boris sits down with owners and leadership teams and does the work alongside them - mapping the processes, wiring the channels, specifying the software, and staying accountable through the weekly rhythm until the number moves. If you’re pushing through a growth plateau, rebuilding a team, or stepping into a new market, that’s the work.

The practice behind D Spot spans the three things it sells: omnichannel programs for regional eCommerce across Viber, WhatsApp and SMS; four custom software products taken from process analysis to delivery; and growth engagements with owner-led firms from Bosnia to Bulgaria and Qatar. Boris works in English, Bosnian, Croatian and Serbian.
